A used book with very little use & in good condition
Comes with:
*quilling tool
*4 sets of quilling paper
*2 wooden items to create misc. designs in
*small cork w/circle template for sizing of circles
*small container of pins for holding together quilled item/design
-the 3 packages in bags are new & never used
-the items/paper in the tube has been partially used
I am depleting my craft stash & realized that I have not touched
